  • I went bowling last night for the first time in weeks, and it showed.  However, I did notice that my strength has increased.  I recntly began lifting agian to work out, and I guess it showed; because I was sending the ball down the lane with a bit more power than usual.  Albeit, I was using a ten pound ball (maybe I should switch over to a 12 pounder now).  Though I have to say this, my control was off the whole night, and I couldn't close out a lot of frames.  Whenever I did get a strike or a spare I followed it up with a goose egg.  But in the end it was a fun night, especially since I don't get out that much as of late.
