The Challenge Has Been Laid Down!
Ladies and Gentlemen, we now have a date and time.
When: Saturday, Dec. 15 at 12:30
Where: Brookhaven
What: One time around the track minus the loop. (1.75 miles~)
Who:
Tae "Seminary Boy" Lee
vs.
Steve "The Sarge" Kang
The Wager: Dinner and bragging rights
Some come out and support us by cheering us on. And if you want you can run with us. Either way it will be fun times.
Note: Side bets are highly encouraged.

Maybe I'll just come and watch! I am not a runner, even before I gained a lot of weith ( BTW, my Dr said I have lost 20 lbs since July!!!) I guess I had enough running in my football days. Ran around the track befor practice - ususually in full pads. Then after a long couple of hours of practic - wind sprints! But it served a good purpose and was well worth the pain. I am sure you had similar experienct in Military Boot Camp. Kind of funny, I would ride my bike from here to LA and back, even across the desert, but I don't care to run from one to the other of anything, unless I am playing some sport like football , softball, basketball, etc. Have fun, good luck. hehe.. you might be on to something. maybe he says he likes long hair, but subconsciously wants to stay away from the scissors as much as possible. but, naahh.. he just likes long hair and waits 'til he gets to dallas to get a haircut.
wowwowowoww.... determine who has the better kick/thrust. if it's you, I'd let the other set the pace and burn him in the finish.
if it's him, break his will early and dominate from start to finish.

that's a big track. i've always thought 4 times around the track equaled 1 mile.
