It's a sad day for this country
Congratulations America, we just elected our first African-American president, who just happens to be a Socialist. I fear what is going to happen to my country in the next four years.

great.. there goes the defense budget. I'm sure R&D will be cut drastically.
he sounds so good, he's a talented orator and a masterful politician. he chooses words carefully and is so nuanced he can say something to an audience and two people will hear the exact same words but come to a completely different conclusion.
it's unfortunate such a talented individual holds positions that are so far different from the millions of americans who nevertheless elected him.
@slamjoe - He is a very good orator, yes. However, as a politician...well, I have to say he has very talented puppet masters and handlers.
Proud that we have elected our first minorty president - yes, and I am a white guy! But I just wish it would have been someone other than Barrack Obama. Nonetheless, I will pray for him as the leader of my country and will pray for our country, as we always should, because, regardless of who our president is,or who controls the congress - we are in difficult times and spiraling downward in moral decay, which I fear only gets worse, before it gets better.
